- Tracking number: All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can know the location of your order at all times.
- Returns are not accepted. However, you may request changes to the delivery address if your order has not yet been shipped.
- Custom and duty fees: All orders placed outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees and import duties. Only orders of €350 or more include customs charges. and duties.
- Delivery shipping: All shipments are sent from Spain, so orders within the European Union—including Spain—usually arrive faster than those to other countries. Estimated delivery times are approximately 1 week for Spain, 2 weeks for the European Union, and 3 weeks for the rest of the world.
